What a pleasure it was to be asked to photograph the inaugural Winter Sunshine festival on the magnificent Phillip Island, Victoria. The day was a typical Victorian winters day. After we got pelted with hail, the sun would come out and near burn your eyes out. But the quality of the bikes and cars made it all worthwhile. The people of Phillip Island are truly some the best people you could ask to meet.

The whole event was organised by Shepherds Australia and was there to raise money for the homeless of Melbourne. All up it was a magnificent day with a stellar turnout from all involved.
